1915-1934

1917-
In order that more European students can be accepted, the college branch school was opened on 5 September.


1918-
An earthquake lasting for 50 seconds occured in March. The Government claim that the school building was no longer suitable for use. Therefore we are permitted to use the Club Germania at 7 Kennedy Road. We took hold of it on 5 September.


1920-
Brother Aimar erected a new block giving accommodation for 650 boys.


1921-
The opening ceremony of the new school was officiated by the Governor Stubb on 5 September.


1922-
There was a strike in the colony and many servants and staff left school. As a result, the students were given 1 week's holiday while the boarders had to take over the manual work.


1925-
On 24 October, The Governor opened the new wing of our college. At the same time the Old Hall was named as Li Shek Pang Hall.


1926-
The celebration of the Golden Jubilee of our college took place in Mya. Athletic Meet and concert were held on the night of 9 May, and guests such as the Director of Education, parents and old boys were invited to visit the classrooms, laboratories, etc. of the New Block.


1929-
Governor of Macau visited our College on 6 December.


1931-
Brother Mathias, Principal at that time, installed commercial classes which were disrupted by the Second World War.


1932-
On 7 January, La Salle was officially opened to accommodate Kowloon side students.
