           The Junior Board was established in 1993, aiming to provide opportunities for junior Josephians to experience the internal administration of the Students' Union. Meanwhile, the Junior committees will develop their potential in leadership through their participation in organising school functions, and a group of devotional leaders would thus be fostered.

           This year, the Junior Board was divided into the Operation Team and the Auxiliary Team. The members of the Operation Team were expected to perform the more demanding tasks while that of the Auxiliary Team were expected to accomplish the general tasks. The performance of both teams were all excellent.
