Soon after the Opening Ceremony, Mr. Tung continued his journey. Leading other guests including Mrs. Law. Our students walked into the Old Building for subject exhibitions through the covered playground.

Scheduled tour then started. Mr. Tung paid a visit to F.2A classroom (Chinese subject). Br. Thomas introduced the Chinese Group (Mr. W.T. Lam, Ms. Y.F. Wong & Mrs. S. Chan) to Mr. Tung and Mrs. Law. The Chinese Panel then introduced the chairman of the Chinese Culture Society, W.K. Tang to Mr. Tung and Mrs. Law. The Chairman introduced the "Door-God" and the "New Year Pictures" as the content of the exhibition.

James Chang (Section Head of the Chinese Debate) briefly described the structure, history and achievements of the Chinese Culture Society. When Mr. Tung walked near the computer, Stephen Lau (Vice-chairman of the Chinese Culture Society) how to learn Chinese online the net.
Putonghua was also concerned during the short visit. L.K. Chow (representative of Putonghua section) introduced the boards, which were about the Chinese New Year, traditional Chinese clothing, food and activities, and a comparison of formal Cantonese and
Putonghua.

Quickly after the brief description, Mr. Tung, Mrs. Law and Brother Thomas continued their tour in F.2B classroom beside the Chinese Sector. English Supporting Activities was sharply focused in there.
Adrian Wong (section-representative) gave a short speech for the speech display board showing the banners of our winners, for our great success in the Joint School Speech Festival. Also the boards about "Songbirds - Ratio Drama" and Joint School debates were also presented, all in English. Mr. Tung was amazed that the students' English was quite fluent.

"The Wonder Years", a book filled with 125 memories form Josephians, was introduced to the guests and was explained the details and the background of it. Also, the group led by Alex Tsui (Chairman of English Society) used the computer and explained how computer assisted their work and how computer could be used as the medium of instruction.
The guests then came into the room of Religious Studies. Mr. Tung and Mrs. Law bought some souvenirs before they left. However they both insisted not to get back the change. Moreover the cashier was quite embarrassed at the scene until the principal led the guests away!
Stalls were quite impressive and attractive, as Mr. Tung caught sight of them. They invested a lot of their precious time to explore.
Fortunately, our guests were highly appreciated and kept good impressions and images in their memories.
Mr. Tung and Mrs. Law left at about 11:40am. All of us hoped that the image of St. Joseph's would last longer in their memories and they would come again on next Open Day!
