PROGRAMS WE USED
When we are building the Green and White Online, the following tools are used:

 Tools  Descriptions
Leo Mak He's a tool? Nope. He's the editor-in-chief.

Microsoft FrontPage 2000
The ultimate website links management tool made by Microsoft. Now this new version allows us to make our own theme, managing the style of the site becomes much easier. However, its functions are still not enough for building an ultimate website.

Jasc Paint Shop Pro 6.0
Superb, fast and compatible painting program! It contributes as the most important tool for building the layout of Green & White Online.
Microsoft Notepad The Frontpage editor is sometimes really annoying. Using Notepad is the best way to solve the problem.

XenoNet with Microsoft Internet Explorer 3, 4, 5

We test the website using Internet Explorer, which displays our site 100% correctly, no matter version 4.0 or version 5.0.

Netscrap Communicator 4.7 and 6.0 Although we hate 'Netscrap' very much, we still use it to test our page. Also, we always laugh at the ugly and bad results that 'Netscrap' can make.
CuteFTP The best and easiest FTP program in the world!
Suede Head Music That's what that web designer listens to while he is making the web.

INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
Our Server Services Provider is Hong Kong School Net. Hong Kong School Net was an experimental education network initiated by the Department of Information Engineering back in 1994. Formerly known as Hong Kong Education Information Network (HKEIN) which connected only 8 pilot schools, School Net now provides a low-cost, education-oriented, internet service to secondary school students in Hong Kong. Hong Kong School Net is non-profit-making and non-commercial, and has been supported by volunteers especially students and teachers. The servers are running UNIX as Operating System. Our server is located in the Chinese University, Hong Kong. The site webmaster this year (1999-2000) is Leo Mak.
