 Organisations under Students' Union

The following Organizations are set up to help fulfil the various objectives of the Students' Union listed in the main page.

(a) General Council
The General Council of the Students' Union comprises all class representatives and 2 committee members from the Students' Union. The Council serves as a bridge between students and the school authority. The Council welcomes all feasible and constructive suggestions. The most efficient way of collecting suggestions is through the class representatives who have to perform the following duties: - to receive and submit forms from various clubs on behalf of their class. - to collect and deliver exercise books for their teachers. - to make photocopies for their respective classes.

(b) Prefects' Board
The primary duty of the Board is to maintain order and discipline in the school. It consists of prefects from all classes led by the Head Prefect. The Board is aided and supervised by the Principal and the Discipline Master.

(c) Club Coordination Board
The Board targets at promoting better understanding and hence coordination between various clubs and societies in the College for the benefits of the students.

(d) Academic and Career Board
The Board aims at improving the academic standards of the students by conducting various tutorial classes.

(e) Junior Board
This board aims to provide opportunities for younger students to understand the work of the Students' Union so that they will be able to perform better duties when they are in the senior forms. Members of the Junior Committee Board are responsible for assisting the Students' Union to organize various functions. They should set a good example to all Josephians by their good conduct.
