The organization consists of a General Meeting and an Executive
Committee.
1. General Meeting The General Meeting is the highest authority of the Association and composed of all the members. When the General Meeting is in recess, all matters of the Association is managed by the Executive Committee.
2. Executive Committee The Committee has the power to manage the matters of the Association for the General Meeting. It is composed of twenty members, twelve of whom are parent-members and eight are teacher-members.
The members of the Executive Committee are one President, two Vice-presidents, one Treasurer, one Auditor, four Secretaries, five Welfare Co-ordinators and six Liaison Officers. The Principal and Vice Principals, Discipline Master and School Social Worker are the Consultants of the Committee.
All the parent-members on the Executive Committee are elected in the Annual General Meeting whereas the teacher-members are elected by the teaching staff prior to the Meeting.
