In 1876, The building was found to be small and as a result,
Bishop Raimondi bought a house at Caine Road, known as Buxley
Lodge, and the brothers moved in with the students (Buxley
Lodge - 9 Caine Road 1876).

1903, Two more blocks were built to accept more students. Part
of the expenses was donated by the Government.
In 1918, An earthquake lasting 50 seconds struck in March. The
Government determind that damage to the school building made
it no longer suitable for use. They therefore permitted us to
use the Club Germania building at 7 Kennedy Road, till now.
In 1920, A new block accommodation 650 boys was built under
the direction of the principal Brother Aimar. Club Germania

Foundation Stone of the New Building
On June 14 1962, The blessing foundation stone of the New
Building at Kennedy Road by Brother Nicet Joseph Superior
General of the Brothers took place. Bro. Nicet Joseph,
the Superior General, lays the Foundation Stone.

In 1963, In October, the Governor, Sir Robert Brown Black
officiated at the opening of the New Building and the Li Shek

Notice the large wooden school badge at the back, it's still
stored in the new hall store room!
Does this mean
the end of our history? Certainly not! The things listed here
are just the things before 1970s! We should know that not only
these pale yellow photos are called history. Therefore, to our
best efforts, we will show you the things after 1970s later...
